AresHub's documents module is where paperwork lives with the contact — not in a personal inbox. Issue a Bulgarian primary accounting document from the workspace, or upload a PDF produced elsewhere. When you choose to share, the contact gets a clean short link (and a QR code): no account, no password, no file buried in a spam folder.

Three steps from upload to download
Fill in the issuer once (legal name, UIC, VAT, MOL, address, bank). Sequences are 10-digit and never reused. The PDF is generated on the server at issue time; later edits to the catalog or the contact do not rewrite it. Annulment re-stamps the same number as cancelled.
Sales documents
Фактура, кредитно известие, дебитно известие, and the чл. 117 protocol share one Art. 114 series — the chronological stream an audit expects.
Protocols, cash, goods
Generic and чл. 119 protocols, приходен / разходен касов ордер, стокова разписка — each on its own series, same 10-digit format.
Proforma
Проформа фактура on a separate series, so it never lands in the tax stream. Convert to an invoice when the deal is real.
Line items can come from your offerings catalog (products and services, net prices). VAT is applied on the line at issue. Custom lines are always allowed.

Upload and assign
Drop the PDF — a contract, a quote, anything — and pick the contact. Stored privately; by default no one outside your team has access.
Share by choice
Sharing is an explicit action. The contact receives a branded short link and a QR code to download.
Track and control
See when the link was opened. Revoke the share — access stops at the next click.
Issued documents use the same share, QR, and reminder rails as uploads.
Security isn't optional
Today's documents module is deliberately the first step toward full invoicing — numbered, compliant documents with tax logic — built on the same storage, sharing, and reminder rails that already work.
Private by default
Nothing goes public by accident. Every download link is short-lived and freshly minted on each open.
Issued means issued
Numbered PDFs are immutable. You annul; you do not quietly edit last month's фактура.
Connected to reminders
Document + reminder = a message with a live download link inside. AresHub guarantees the link works as long as the reminder is active.
