New mail can auto-file to Spam (on by default). A sensitivity slider (1–10) lets a noisy domain be stricter and a quiet one more open. Replies that continue a thread are never auto-moved.

On your phone
Install AresHub as an app. New mail that isn't spam can ping the team with a lock-screen notification — switch it off for the workspace if you prefer silence.

Mail lives beside the contacts, documents, reservations, and reminders you already run. A thread links to a contact when the email matches, or you link it by hand — then it appears on that contact's History. No separate webmail login, no "who has the password for info@?".
