Privacy is a promise, not a setting
Most tools collect everything they can and leave you to explain to your contacts why. AresHub is designed the other way around: we collect the minimum that does the job, and nothing more. Here is what that means in practice.
The promises
Built and hosted in the EU
Your data lives in the European Union, under European data-protection rules.
No visitor tracking
Link statistics keep timestamps only: no IP addresses, no devices, no fingerprinting.
Private by default
Documents are never public by accident; every download link is short-lived and freshly minted.
Analytics only after "yes"
Sites with Google analytics show a consent banner that defaults to denied (Consent Mode v2). Even Google Maps loads only after the visitor clicks.
Strict isolation
Every workspace is airtight: no workspace ever learns what other workspaces a person belongs to.
The right to be forgotten
Website form submissions auto-expire after 12 months; any of them can be deleted immediately on request.
We protect your reputation as well
AresHub's automation is designed so your contacts won't resent it: messages only during daytime hours in their country, a mandatory identified sender, one-click unsubscribe, hard volume caps. Good manners aren't a toggle you can switch off — they're part of the product.
