In AresHub you define the resources, book free-form intervals, and see the day or the week on one board. Staff who never log into AresHub can still see the slot on a Google Calendar you already share.

Resources with hours
Name, optional location, timezone, weekly working hours — or 24/7 for a stay that does not close. Each resource has a colour on the board.

Free-form intervals
Not a rigid slot grid. Forty-five minutes, ninety minutes, or three nights — one model.
Guest kinds
One known contact; several contacts (names can be added later); or an anonymous walk-in with a headcount.

Happened, did not happen (no-show), or cancel — cancel only before the start, so the live book is honest.
What you sold
Optionally attach offerings from your catalog — the haircut, the table, the night — so the booking knows what was meant to happen.

For a single-guest booking you can schedule an email or SMS reminder through the same pipeline as document reminders: daytime hours in the contact's country, a signed sender, one-click unsubscribe. Multi-guest and anonymous bookings hold the slot without a reminder — there is no honest single recipient.
Optional. Outbound only.
A workspace owner or admin may connect one Google account. Map each resource to a calendar (several resources may share one). New bookings appear there; staff and contractors you already share that calendar with see the slot without an AresHub login.
AresHub does not import events from Google. It remains the source of truth for bookings. Connecting Google is never required to use reservations.
Invites, cancel, no-show
For a single guest, Google sends a calendar invite to the contact's email. Cancel or mark no-show and the event is removed. Multi-guest and anonymous bookings still write an event (so the shared calendar stays honest) but without an attendee.
